Mr. ******
Dear ******
In reference to your letter of August 27, 2003: It is very unfortunate that you have refused to meet with me. You feel that I feel we are not making any progress in outstanding issues.
I would like to ask you ****** to note that we agreed to have a meeting with ****** as a sounding board, at which time I expressed my position and solutions to resolve most if not all issues. ****** position was only to listen and in no way attempted any resolution. You have expressed a concern to resolve issues but it seems to be only idle words as you then sent out ******who basically implied ‘’ Go to Hell, your not getting anything." Where is trying to resolve the issue?
I trust that ****** explained to you in detail that he and I both agreed that we do not talk the same language and there shall be no further communication between us.
I must also trust that ****** explained to you that he felt a third party was not necessary if I felt the same way.
I noticed the frequent use of the word misunderstandings. I do not have any misunderstandings. I am fully aware of the "goings on" right down to the crapping on my property and underhanded ways of some Murphy personnel or people hired on their behalf. If we are to resolve issues we must clarify any misunderstandings you may have. Please explain in detail what you do not understand and I shall do my best to clarify any issues in question.
If you feel that forced entry, albeit legal or not, is the way to resolve the concerns I have expressed we are definitely not from the same school. Maybe it is time to hang out all the dirty laundry.
Note: Received letter from Murphy president in December 2003. he says " we see little room for negotiations". The reality is Murphy has never attempted negotiations.
