In reference to your letter of January 15th, your anticipation that your response would not go very far to satisfying my concerns is almost an understatement. The letter I sent to you, dated December 27, 2002 is gospel truth and I don’t know what spin your representatives are putting on it. It is imperative that you and I have a face to face meeting at my place. I shall take this opportunity to set a tentative date [February 19, 2003 at 1:30 PM] and if it does not fall into your schedule, please contact me to arrange a different date that would satisfy both of our schedules. In the event that you choose to refuse a meeting with me, please advise me in writing of such intentions. In the event that you accept the proposed date, please confirm.
