Please bear with me as I continue to build this site and expose the reality of the issues many of us are subjected to by the oil/gas industry and the Alberta Resources Conservation Board (ERCB). Thanks.
In an attempt to provide a continued awareness of the way some of us are treated (exploited) by “Big Oil”, I have included some of the letters I have sent to Tournament Exploration, and/or Fekete Associates Inc. (works on behalf of Tournament Exploration),and/or Land Solutions Inc. (works on behalf of Tournament Exploration) and/or the ERCB. For the most part the following letters have been completely ignored or attempted answers to my questions and concerns have been circled or evaded or otherwise twisted so as to not answer the questions asked.
As mentioned in my homepage it is not my intent to defame but rather to provide an awareness of the treatment many of us Landowners, Ranchers, Farmers etc. are subjected to by “Big Oil” and their/our so called impartial adjudicator, the Energy Resources Conservation Board ERCB.
