On January 16, 2008 Quatro Resources Inc. acquired all the outstanding shares of Berkana Energy Corp. and as such has taken control of the company. It is my understanding that Quatro is a Calgary based private oil and Gas Company, which is a portfolio company of Natural Gas Partners (NGP) of Irving Texas, USA

When Quatro took over from Berkana at the beginning of 2008, I was sincerely hoping “the new kid on the block” would be a breath of fresh air from its predecessors. Boy was I wrong! It has taken about 5-6 months for the true colours to begin showing. In an effort to promote an awareness of my experience of oil/gas landowner relations, please refer to the following links.

OCTOBER 2008

Are you paid up to date by Quatro on your lease rental, crop loss etc? Quatro is again in default of payment to me. Last time it was lease rental, this time it is crop loss payment.

NOVEMBER 2008 update

I have recently received payment from Quatro Resources for overdue crop loss payment. Thank you Quatro. Thank you to all who have shown interest in this matter.
